We specialise in traditional Hatha, Mysore-style Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, along with Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, and Alignment-based practices.
All level practitioners be it beginners, intermediates or advanced, are welcome. While basic understanding with yoga is helpful, it is not mandatory for most foundational-level TTCs. We offer courses designed to suit every level of practitioner accordingly.
Faculty consists of experienced and certified yoga teachers from Rishikesh. Our teachers are specialised in various yogic disciplines such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Alignment & Adjustment, Anatomy, Pranayama , Meditation, and Ayurveda.
We provide our students with all the necessary practice props, including yoga mats during the training. However, if you prefer to bring your own mat for personal comfort you are welcome to do so.

We follow a blend of traditional yogic wisdom and modern scientific understanding. Our methodology includes practical sessions, theoretical studies, workshops, and personalised guidance.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend pregnant women to join our regular Yoga Teacher Training Courses, since the program may be physically intensive. Therefore, we offer a specialised Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Course designed specifically to support expecting mothers. However, please consult with your doctor before enrolling in any program.
All our classes are conducted in English, as we host students from across the globe. Our teachers can also offer basic guidance in Hindi when required.
Yes, partners, friends, or family members are welcome to join the same batch. We have shared accommodation options available for such couples. Many partners choose to train together as it enhances the learning experience and connection throughout the course.
Students are expected to arrive on the official arrival day, usually one day before the course begins. Check-in starts from 11:00 till 19:00. Departure is scheduled for the day after course completion, with check-out usually by 11:00 AM.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash payments on arrival. For international payments we recommend bank transfer or PayPal.
We accept payments in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Indian Rupees (INR).
Cancellations made 30 days before the course start date receive a full refund minus processing fees. Within 30 days, 50% refund is available. No refunds within 15 days of course start.
Yes, all of our Teacher Training Courses (TTCs) and short courses are certified by Yoga Alliance, thus enabling students to become internationally recognised yoga teachers.
After completion, you will receive a Yoga Alliance USA certified certificate enabling you to register as RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and teach yoga worldwide. Please note: Retreat participants do not receive a Yoga Alliance certificate, as retreats are not certification programs.
To receive the certification, students must maintain 100% attendance and follow conduct. Where applicable, they must also complete all assignments, pass the theory and practical exams, and demonstrate teaching competency.
From Delhi, you can fly to Dehradun Airport, the nearest airport to Rishikesh and then taxi (45 minutes). You can also take a direct bus (6–7 hours) or a train to Haridwar or Rishikesh and continue by taxi. We can arrange pickup services from all these points, so please inform us in advance.
Yes, we provide airport, railway station, bus stand pickup services for an additional fee. Please inform us of your rival details at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Rishikesh has its own charm in every season: October–March is pleasant and cool, April–June can be warm but manageable, and June–September is the monsoon season with heavy rain and lush greenery.
Oct–Mar: Light woolens, jackets, and comfortable yoga clothes.
Apr–Jun: Light, breathable clothing, hats, sunscreen and sunglasses.
Jun–Sep (Monsoon): Raincoat/umbrella, waterproof shoes, quick-dry clothes, and insect repellent.
All seasons: Yoga mat (optional), water bottle, toiletries, and personal medications.
Rishikesh is safe for solo travellers, including women and especially for yoga students. Our ashram provides secure accommodation with CCTV cameras and a peaceful, spiritual environment to support your stay. While the area is safe, basic safety precautions are always recommended.
Drink only filtered/bottled water, maintain hygiene, bring personal medications, and informers of any health conditions. We have first aid facilities and access to medical care if needed.

Yes. We organise excursions including Ganga Aarti visits, local temple tours, sunrise hikes, kirtan nights, and yogic fire ceremonies to enrich the student experience.
Yes, we incorporate Ayurveda into our curriculum. Students can get personal consultations, learn the basics of Ayurveda, as we offer a complimentary Ayurveda consultation with a certified Ayurvedic doctor for students who book private or twin accommodation. We also provide complimentary healing session for all students depending on the course they choose. Additional Ayurveda therapies or healing sessions can be booked with us at an extra cost.

We provide assistance in airport transfers, travel guidance, visa support documents , and help with getting accustomed to the yogic lifestyle here in Rishikesh.
The day begins at 5:30 AM with waking up then asana practice at 6:00 AM followed by pranayama and mantra chanting, then breakfast and theory classes. After lunch, there’s a 1–2 hour rest, then afternoon tea, asana practice, meditation, and yoga nidra. Dinner is at 7:15 PM, with lights out at 10:00 PM. Sundays are usually free.
Yes, you will have free time in the afternoon and on Sundays to explorer rishikesh, visit temples, cafes, and enjoy Ganga aarti in the evening. We also organise group excursion.
