He had opportunity to meet personally many well-known monks, rishis, yogis (Swami Satyananda, Baba Neem Karori, Swami Nardananda Saraswati) and get authentic knowledge of Vedic & yogic science. He is sharing yogic knowledge in Yoga and Vedic Science since 1995. His classes on Yoga Philosophy, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation are aimed to bring student from his present level to desired statement of development in order to connect with himself. Born and raised in a traditional Brahmin family in the holy city of Rishikesh, Yogi Upendra Ji was introduced to yoga and ancient scriptures in his early childhood by his father, a Sanskrit scholar. He decided to pursue his studies further, traveling to the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger to complete a certificate course before studying Vedanta at the Yoga Vedanta Forest academy at Sivananda Ashram Rishikesh. Here, he surrendered himself to perfecting his teaching and yogic discipline under the guidance of his Guru Swami Vishwa Rupananda Saraswati. His Pranayama and Yog Nidra classes not only helps students gaining the in-depth knowledge of different Shat Kriyas (Yogic Cleansing) but also Pranayama techniques. Naveen Bisht is an accomplished Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga teacher who has been teaching at Gurukul Yogashala for the past 5 years. With passion for changing lifestyle with yoga, he pursued the Ashtanga & Vinyasa style to share the it with others. He went on to study under some of the most respected teachers in India and has since become a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. In his classes, Naveen brings a mixture of traditional and modern approaches to yoga, focusing on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. He places a strong emphasis on proper technique and individualized instruction, ensuring that each student receives the guidance they need to reach their full potential. Ritesh Bhatt is a yoga teacher for last 6 years. He was born and raised in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand (also known as world capital of Yoga). His journey of yoga started with Sivananda Saraswati Asram in Rishikesh. Later he got trained under the tutelage of his guru, Acharya Shri Praveen Nair. “Understanding the Body” and then move is the essence of his teaching. As fascinated by the subject, he has developed a unique teaching methodology. That make his class more interesting and fun. Now his initial steps in his spirituals journey brought him to many places to learn different cultures, tradition and to know more about the world. His classes are the mixture of in-depth understanding of Anatomy and knowing right alignment of the various asanas.
